This is an excellent place for a quick bite and a delicious cup of soup. When my kids were little and attending a local private school, the NY Soup Exchange provided Soups once a week so the children could enjoy purchasing lunch. My kids just loved their bread as much as their soup choices. The menu changes daily offering fish based soups, cream, gluten-free, and more. They also have delicious wraps, and my favorite is their Greek Chicken Wrap. Filled with moist, white chicken, red onion, shaved lettuce, and Greek dressing, this wrap is so yummy. They have a Thai wrap, which is a tad spider and flavorful. They have good-sized salads and hot food selections too. A favorite for the business lunch crowd, they offer delivery but call it in early as they make many deliveries, so do plan ahead.

Stopped in quickly to grab a bite to eat, was greeted by a very friendly face! I ordered the protein packed Thai chicken wrap. I loved how much protein they give you. I also ordered the chicken & wild rice soup and the “very very” spicy Cajun crab soup. Both very light and delicious and it wasn’t really very very spicy, it had the perfect amount of heat. Would stop by again to try other soups!

Passing thru Garden City and saw the sign for Soup Exchange. Wow glad I did . Looked like 5 soups homemade everyday. I had the gumbo which was some of the best I have had. They also have wraps, bowls and salads. I will remember this place. The also have a couple Vegan soups which is a rare find

Delicious and reasonably priced sandwiches and salads. Beet the Goat salad and Balsamic Chicken wrap are two delicious and healthy options for under $10 and you can’t beat those prices in Garden City. If you work in the area give it a try on your next lunch break.

I've never had a soup that I disliked from this place, everything tastes great and the people are nice! Their wraps and salads have all been amazing as well!

Amazing lunch deal and the best soup in town. The selections change every day but the best ones come on Wednesday - I'd highly recommend Ben's chili, baked ziti, or the galveston gumbo if they're available!
